I liked the location. It was great for where I needed to be in Friedrichsdorf. The property was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was warm. The road was very narrow, so it was great that there was off street parking. The Internet connection worked well. The price for the stay was very reasonable.

− I recognise that some of the things I didn't like were partially my own fault because I didn't look at the photos closely enough: When I saw the main photo, I presumed this was the advertised apartment and that the windows overlooking the garden would be my view. However, the actual apartment was in the basement and very dark, unless you had lights on. It was down steep steps, which wasn't easy to negotiate following my hip replacement surgery. The apartment would suit a family who would be comfortable sharing open spaces. It's advertised as having two bedrooms. There is one bedroom with 2 single beds, but the "second bedroom" is actually a "through room" to the kitchen and lounge, with no doors for privacy. The entrance to the apartment is straight into this "bedroom." The door does let in light, but we had to keep the blind shut in order to maintain at least some privacy from guests staying in other apartments. The shower room in general was fine. However, the folding door didn't close properly, and was "see through" in places. It meant that if you had the light on and were taking a shower, you could potentially be seen by anyone in the lounge area. There wasn't a bedside table or bedside light in the "through bedroom" which wasn't great. There weren't any wardrobes or hanging rails. Would I recommend this apartment to others? Actually, I probably would, as long as you understand the limitations and book it with your eyes open.

Ruhige Ecke. Es gibt Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler und Spülmaschine.

− Kellerwohnung. Heizkörper ohne Funktion, nur ein zentrales Klimagerät und Fußbodenheizung im Bad; zu kalt bei geschlossenen Türen. Betten teilweise eine Zumutung. Abwasserrohr läuft von der Lautstärke gefühlt durch das Bett, wenn Wachmaschine, Toilettenspülung, Dusche, etc weiter oben im Haus genutzt wird. Wir wurden durch den Gestank eines sehr penetranten Duftspenders begrüßt.

Great location, modern styling, local park for kids, surrounded by shops, fuel stations and neighbourhood seems friendly.

− Could do with a larger TV and discharge pipes could do with some noise insulation.

Cicha i spokojna okolica.Klucz czekał w drzwiach.

− To nie jest mieszkanie a piwnica przerobiona na potrzeby mieszkania. Jeśli sąsiad z mieszkania powyżej spuszcza wodę wszystko słychać.Za drzwiami jest piec ogrzewający cały dom (2 piętra) I mocno szumi cały czas. Bardzo niski komfort pobytu mimo tego, że jest czysto. Wchodzi się od razu do sypialni.
