10.0The Host, Mr.Bilal and family were the highlight for the stay. Cleanliness was top notch. Had a good time.
− Unfortunately power cut was the issue and the inverter backup was not for fan but the lights were power backed. Weather was there for the rescue.

8.0We stayed at New Zamrood from 19th to 25th June 2026 and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Our host, Mr. Bilal, reached out promptly a day before our arrival to coordinate airport pickups — a gesture that set the tone for the entire stay. Throughout our time there, he remained courteous, attentive, and supportive whenever needed. The property is nestled in a calm and peaceful locality on Exchange Road, which we appreciated greatly. We had booked half board, and while the breakfast and meals were simple, the food was tasty and well-served. The family room was a highlight — spacious, well-appointed with two beds, large wardrobes,sofa, side tables, a TV, AC, and a well-lit bathroom stocked with all the usual daily toiletries. The property also arranges reliable transportation for sightseeing and day trips upon request, which we found very convenient. What added a lovely touch were the thoughtful complimentaries — high tea, cookies, water bottles, warm towels, and more. These little details made the stay feel warm and welcoming. They helped with basic medicines when one of us not well. Overall, New Zamrood offers excellent value for money and a homely, comfortable experience. We will definitely visit again!

Exquisite home stay
10.0Perfect location for peaceful stay in Hamzah hills for a comfortable stay in Srinagar. The host is very hospitable and accommodating. He is all in one for any guidance and arrangements for all the needs of tourists. Homely food was great in taste and loved the kashmiri flavors. Had a great and exquisite stay with the family and felt like at home all the time and would love to stay with them next time.
