− The flat is slightly getting old and some stuff should be renovated (curtains, wc seat, wc brush, shutter). WC in the bathroom Good to know: the second double bed (not used by us) is really not convenient for kids as high and not safe enough

10.0Апартаменты оказались очень уютными и чистыми. Нам понравилось расположение — удобно гулять по городу, рядом есть хорошие кафе и особенно ресторан суши на главной улице. Внутри всё очень красиво комфортно и приятно находиться. Отличный вариант для отдыха в Риме! Лаура очень приятная девушка, все объяснила и показала.
− Было бы не плохо иметь стиральный порошок.

We had an exceptional time!
9.0The property was very spacious and had all the necessary facilities for our stay. It had a stunning balcony area and was perfectly fit and comfortable, individual toiletries were provided for the guests. The air conditioning functioned well and it is in a nice neighbourhood with convenient tram access to see the main attractions. There is a nearby grocery store and Il Matto provided the best meal of my life.
− The interior doors wouldn’t lock (including the bathroom), and the shower swung wildly between temperatures when on. The cold tap water was also lukewarm.

10.0I loved the size of the apartment it was perfect bright spacious with a fabulous view. The kitchen had everything we needed and the air con worked great. The host Jessica was very helpful and informative with all our questions and gave us great recommendations

7.0Comfortable area and plenty of restaurants nearby. Near the city centre.
− We didn’t like that the oven and the cooking pod wasn’t working properly, like it wasn’t working at all.

A surcharge of 20 euro applies for arrivals after check-in hours from 20:00 to 23:00. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 23:00. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property.
