Unheated cottage
2.0The cottage is beautiful, well equipped. Beds are confortable.
− Where to begin... From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the place the temperature in the cottage never went above 60° Fahrenheit (15°C). We immediately informed the renter and the emergency phone number given on the reservation. None of them replied . We got a reply the next day telling us that it was too late for him to reply (he his living in the Michigan so he is on another time zone which is not our fault) and telling us that nothing will be done to compensate this unpleasant experience. The renter has also been informed that we had a one year old baby but did not care about it. This has been outrageous as parents to see that the renter was not willing to help and did not even care (not possible to shower our baby, and he had to wear winter clothes indoor). The cottage has a faulty electrical installation and the owner could not care less about his clients so I strongly recommend not to book this place !
