10.0The room was very compact, and very new inside. Welcome staff were located on the second floor, and not on the ground floor, so it was a bit confusing on my arrival. After 15 minutes of looking around; the staff from the second floor came down to greet me; and I got checked led in. The language barrier was very real; as my Japanese was non existent. Google translate helped. I was travelling solo by bicycle around the island, and wanted to keep the bike in my room. This was permitted. The building elevator was tiny; and had to stand the bike vertically, to fit the elevator. But it did work just fine, and the bike stayed with me on the 7th floor. There were a lot of local food options near by. Ate supper at a 4 seasons stake house; and breakfast at a coffee shop; lots of them around.
