7.0Excellent location only if you’re there mainly for trekking. Food options are easily available nearby. Go for it if you want a budget place to crash for a night, or before and after a trek. There are plenty of street food options nearby, though the area has zero aesthetic or vibe. Room was big enough and clean.
− Avoid this property if you are also on a leisure trip and want to explore Dharamkot, etc. The café on the property was closed. Going to cafés in Dharamkot is a task. It also becomes pricey, as one has to take a taxi, which can cost more than the price of the food itself. Taking a bike or scooty on those very, very steep roads is neither practical nor safe. The location is right in front of a taxi stand, which made it quite noisy at certain hours. The outdoor space, which looks good in pictures, could not really be enjoyed because of the noise and the cooking smell coming from the nearby restaurants.

10.0The hostel was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for me—right in the middle of McLeod and Dharamkot. That meant both were within easy walking distance.
