8.0Geräumiges Apartment mit mehreren Schlafzimmern. Ein Strand und ein Restaurant ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schattiger Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Schöne Sonnenuntergänge.
− Das Doppelbett war mir persönlich zu weich. Die Klimaanlagen müssen gewartet werden.

10.0Clean, all cooking and dining utensils, washing machine, lovely balcony and views. Quiet and beautiful in off season. Host was really helpful.

5.0Die Aussicht auf das Meer. Helligkeit der Wohnung. Selbständiger flexibler check in und -out . Direkter Strandzugang.Parken vor dem Haus.
− Ehebettmatratze durchgelegen. Nur Bretter darunter . Die gewaschenen Bettlaken und Handtücher wiesen Flecken auf. Die Laken hatten Löcher. Das Bett quietschte . Alle Möbel alt. Kein Ambiente. Die Sitzflächen aller Stühle nicht sauber. Sitzkissen vom Sofa ebensowenig. Zerdrückte Moskitos an Schrankwänden und Vorhängen. Die Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern hatten teilweise Löcher oder waren nicht gut befestigt. Die Hälfte der Fenster und Balkontüren hatten gar keine Netze. Ein montierter Wäscheständer war kaputt. Der Badmülleimer für das benutzte Toilettenpapier war defekt,musste händisch benutzt werden! Wir waren Ende September ,aus den umliegenden Hotels,gab es abends gratis Musikbeschallung . Um das Haus herum viel Unrat und Sperrmüll.

7.0In general, very nice property. Easy to reach and the host is very nice.
− However, nowhere is written neither visible on the pictures that the property is above the restaurant. It`s noisy from 10:00-22:00 (on wedding party even longer) and smelly from the restaurant`s kitchen side, which is side of the main bedroom, so the window can`t be open during the time when restaurant is open.

− Die Mücken, keine Klimaanlage in den 2 anderen Schlafzimmern….. Bett zusammengebrochen, nicht geeignet für 1 Erwachsenen

9.0The apartment is beautiful, the view is incredible, it has every comfort and it’s kept very clean. Ares was super helpful and responsive before and during our stay
− It can get very hot cause the AC is not very strong and watch for the mosquitoes! Keep the windows locked past 7pm.
