− There's no distinction between non-smoking and smoking rooms. Almost every floor reeks of smoke and mold, which permeates the entire room. The staff's solution is to simply spray room fresheners, which is inadequate. The sheets are often not clean, and overall, the air quality inside the room is seriously subpar. Furthermore, early check-in is unreliable. Despite accepting our early check-in request for 9 am, we arrived at the property and had to wait until 12 pm to get our room.
