− 有料でBBQコンロを借りたけど メンテ不足で使えないにも関わらず返金しないと言われた 返金しないならちゃんと使えるものを貸せ

大人4人と赤ちゃん1人で宿泊しましたが、部屋の大きさはちょうど良かったです。特に不便はなかったです。

− 部屋の汚れがかなり気になり残念です。壁の汚れ、 ダイニング横の壁は食べかすがついてました。 ソファ、机のしたはホコリがあり、 畳に敷く布団は髪の毛が付いていたり、前の人が使ったままのように感じました。 お風呂も髪の毛がありました。 清潔感だけが勿体なく、綺麗であればとても充実したのでしっかり清掃をしてほしいです。 突然深夜1時頃隣の部屋の人がプールに出で 4〜5人くらいで騒いで居たので迷惑でした。

I did like the minimalist furniture and the rooms were clean upon arrival. There were plenty of towels, and we appreciated the pool floaty during our time there. Welcome drinks were a hit, and we had the ability to spread out and not be stacked on top of each other. We did not have the option to purchase breakfast, but we were able to make breakfast and dinner with the grill, pots, and pans provided. Overall we were comfortable, but the beds/pillows are a bit more firm than what we are accustomed to. It was a nice escape from home/work for a few days. I would recommend this property! Loved the proximity to Kouri Island to get yummy foods/beach vibes.

− Unfortunately, there were cracks in the floor, which I immediately alerted them to, that kind of made us "walk on eggshells" through the living room. They did come by to place tape on the spots, but hopefully they will put in a more permanent fix. I wished there was a breakfast option but that was not a dealbreaker. A loose tile in the pool made for a rough surface in one part of the pool. Beds weren't plush, but I didn't expect that anyway. There definitely aren't many grocery stores nearby, so bring your food.

− 間取り的に玄関とリビング間の導線中がプールサイドになるので雨天は濡れてしまう。
