− BBQ dirty, couldn't use it. Untidy backyard, not well maintained. Reported to real estate who said would look into it.

− - locks in both toilets didn’t work - heater in one of the bedrooms not working - one of the lights in back area not working and also need better lighting - toilet paper was in very limited quantity -
