9.0Lo spazio, l'indipendenza con le chiavi del cancello a qualsiasi orario indipendentemente da esseri umani, il caffè Diva, l'acqua calda immediata, la luminosità delle stanze, la predisposizione delle coperte per chi ha freddo, l'acqua in camera compresa.
− Non trovare il bidet, non avere la doccia con un separé rigido, l'isolamento al buio della struttura e nelle strade impolverate , la temperatura frigida all'interno, i galli e galline liberi di cantare direttamente sotto le finestre.
