− การบริการของ พนง และ รปภ. บริการไม่เสมอภาคกัน คนเข้าพัก ให้ดูใบจองแล้ว ควรให้เข้าไปหาที่จอดรถ ภายในอาคารได้ แต่ตรงกันข้าม ถึงดูก็ไม่สนใจ และ ต้องให้ไปหาบูทูธเพื่อเอามาเปิดไม้กั้นประตูเอง และที่บริการแย่มากคือ ไล่ให้เอารถยนต์ออกไปจอดของนอกก่อนจนกว่าจะมีบูทูธ ถึงจะเข้ามาในบริเวณสถานที่ได้ ไม่ฟัง และต้องขึ้นไปเอาบูทูธ ถึงบนห้องก่อน ถึงมาเปิดไม้กั้นเพื่อเอารถเข้าจอดได้ เป็นบริการที่แย่มาก แต่เห็นรถอีกคันมา พนง และ รปภ บริการยิ้ม ให้จอดรอได้

7.0El condominio está bien ubicado y si, está el night market Cicada muy conveniente en términos de comida con los sabores de Tailandia. Sin embargo la unidad que yo renté apartamento 135/1 lo encontré sucio, la tetera de hervir agua con moho, la tostadora muy sucia con polvo y la nevera igual muy mal aseada. El apartamento tenía un olor muy desagradable. No tiene lavadora.
− La unidad que rente, el apartamento 135/1. La anfitriona, Ms Ta con un inglés muy pobre, la comunicación fue difícil con ella. Desatenta y despreocupada por el cliente. Fue poco útil.
