Lovely, great weekend
8.0Lovely friendly bed and breakfast. Beautifully clean, comfy bed. Very quiet and peaceful location. Delicious food and good beer in the pub.

7.0The cooked breakfast was good but we are more of a yoghourt and fruit couple and that was not on offer. The room was very hot and a railway line is opposite so it was not quiet until between 11 pm and 6.30 am
− The room was very small and so when we took the duvet out of its cover due to the heat there was nowhere to put it except on the floor where you would fall over it.

6.0Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was very clean. Location was beautiful. Dining area was very clean.
− Evening service was very slow and for the price of the food the portions and quality were disappointing. Carpet in bedroom wasnt very clean and when we arrived there was a bad smell in the bar area. Bar drinks were limited and did not seem to taste right. Bed was also uncomfortable.
The couple of people we see were pleasant enough, but the overall cleanliness wasn’t up to much. Shame as it could be re
6.0Lovely surroundings, room was pleasant, breakfast was lovely, and the chef very helpful.
− On suite wasn’t too nice, some mould and cobwebs. And a black looking cover over drain hole in shower which looked quite grim.. Windows hard to open or wouldn’t! And again mouldy woodwork around them. Wasn’t sure who ran the place as didn’t really see anyone.
