9.0Very spacious apartment over 2 floors you have everything you could need including a washer and dryer Simon met us and showed us round and was extremely helpful
− In need of a little maintenance and sofa had a rip in it but minor thing
Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable stay that met our needs well.
10.0We liked the central location of the apartment. It was within easy walking distance of Pike Place Market, downtown Seattle, and the Space Needle, which made it very convenient for exploring the city.
− There wasn’t anything major we disliked. The apartment met our needs and worked well for our stay. The Wi-Fi router did go out occasionally for short periods, and the water was unexpectedly turned off one morning from around 4 a.m. to 9 a.m., but overall we were satisfied with the stay.

1.0Host never showed up arrived at property at 1 o clock had to wait in restaurant till 4 and host never arrived no phone calls a no show. Emails are not being answered or any calls to answer.
− Wasn’t allowed in the property as host never arrived, Be careful if you’re booking this property.
Okay for the money, location was the best thing.
7.0Good location had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and Simon was great.
− Was very tired with broken furniture, old marked furniture, stained bathrooms and loud outside. Dirty carpet.

− Poor service, fully paid for but arrived late due to crossing the Pacific on a sailing boat, still wouldn't let me stay even though I booked for 12 days and had 6 left on my stay, wouldn't even offer a fully refund

Guests will receive a rental agreement and a copy of the credit card authorization, which must be signed and returned to the property at least 24 hours prior to your check-in.
