ATENCIÓN TELEFONICA IMPRESENTABLE
5.0La atención previa fue buena. Cuando llegamos y sobre todo, después, lamentable .
− Llegamos y la tapa de la cisterna del inodoro no estaba , avisamos de ese y algún pequeño desperfecto en el mueble de la tele. Nos dijeron que los anteriores huéspedes lo habían roto, también que se habían llevado el mando del parking. Vinieron enseguida y trajeron el mando , pero no pudieron solucionar lo de la loza del sanitario porque el que trajeron no era el mismo modelo. Al hacer el check Out, mis padres, dos personas mayores de 77 y 75 años, me dijeron que no les habían solucionado . No les llamaron para decirles nada. 15 días así. Cuando llame el día del check Out , a las 21:30 cuando acabe de trabajar, me atendió un hombre fatal, diciéndome que le iba a poner una mala reseña por dos tonterías y que me había cogido el teléfono por la noche, le pedí el número de un responsable y horario y no me lo quiso dar. A parte de grosero y maleducado, en lugar d expedir disculpas, cuando yo solo le llamé para decirle lo que había sucedido. Cero recomendable . Por esa persona

10.0Апартаменты Magnificent - замечательные. Проживали в них две недели (конец июня - начало июля) и все время чувствовали себя как дома. Понравилось совершенно все: отличное расположение, всего 5-7 минут ходьбы до замечательного пляжа, рядом супермаркет Меркадона, апартаменты с прекрасным видом на мандариновые плантации, вдали горы и г. Сагунто. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, Заселение и выселение прошло без всяких проблем, любые вопросы решались в режиме онлайн!) быстро и понятно!!! Большое спасибо!!! Будем рекомендовать друзьям!!! И непременно хотели бы сами туда вернуться!!!

8.0Property is well suited for couples with/without kids. Location is good considering the price. There’s a Mercadona just next to it.
− Bathroom smells horrible. It urgently needs some fixing and renovation. Toilet seat was broken and without sealant hence the smell. Kitchen needs renovation.
