10.0La atención es maravillosa, Rafa y Don Edgar son excelentes anfitriones. En el lugar se respira tranquilidad y muy organizado; los desayunos son deliciosos. Queda cerca a unos sitios interesantes como finca La Azotea, un mall comercial y el parque de Jocotenango. Esta relativamente muy cerca al parque principal de Antigua.
− No tiene espacio para acomodar la ropa
Lastima el lugar y la atención. Las habitaciones dejaron a deber

− Baño muy estrecho. Sabanas sucias. Se realizo el reclamo.

7.0El personal es muy amable y servicial.
− Nos alojamos en plena Semana Santa y como cortan muchos accesos a Antigua el tráfico pasaba justo por la calle del hotel. Teníamos un baden delante y nos pasamos toda la noche escuchando a coches y buses, ya que nuestra habitación daba a la calle. Me imagino que en otras fechas será más tranquilo.
I highly recommend it if you looking for peace and quiet is the best place to stay.

10.0Rafael did everything to make our stay at the hotel perfect. Very friendly and always available to help when needed. We extended 2 times at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay here. The small garden and the lounge seats are nice to relax in the afternoon/evening.
− Nothing. The stay is a bit further away from antigua city centre, but we knew that upfront. Ubers are very cheap but it’s also completely safe to walk to the antigua centre.
