10.0Premium class hospitality. We like very much. Very clean, everything is functional. Spacious rooms. Quite place, no noise. Late check-in possible.
− We do not find wi-fi connection creditials, but this was not a big problem, as we arrive late and check out early morning.
Excellent apartment with great host and convenient parking
9.0We stayed here for one night as two couples and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, which made it peaceful and relaxing. There was enough free parking space for both of our cars, which was very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a coffee machine, and complimentary coffee capsules. The coffee was delicious! Every bedroom and the kitchen have their own air conditioning, so the apartment stayed cool and comfortable despite the hot weather. Our host, Raffaele, was very friendly and welcoming. He provided clear instructions before our arrival and gave us excellent recommendations for visiting Modena. We walked to the city center, enjoyed a nice dinner, and had some fantastic ice cream. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we were completely satisfied.
− The large balcony is nice, but when the air conditioners are running, the heat from the outdoor units makes it too warm to sit there comfortably. Other than that, everything was great.
