− poor customer service, I made my reservation online while traveling, we ended up not staying because the property management was unresponsive to our request and the unit was not open during the hours we needed, property manager said she would refund me since we didn't stay and waive the fees but they are not doing that and have charges full price for a reservation we did not stay for

− The things that I didn't like are negligible and not even worth mentioning.
