Amazing apartment with lovely roof top views of Berlin
10.0The apartment is amazingly furnished, comfortable and very quiet. The rooftop balcony is a real highlight, even on a cold day it's lovely to sit up there with a coffee Situated in a lovely area of Berlin with great access to the subway and shops. Beds are comfortable and spacious. A great place to come back to after a day of site seeing.
− The shower is fine but could do with a new shower head. Curtain needed in the second bedroom rather than just a net. Pillows are not the best but fine
Great place, great location, amazing host
10.0Daniel (the Host) was extremely pleasant and professional. Communication with him about our time of arrival was very quick and punctual. After handing us the keys he explained everything about the property which is very pleasant, with amazing roof terrace, good quiality wifi and high quality sound speakers. AND: The legendary Tresor club is just a short walk from the property

Good location and great view from the roof terrace but a few niggles let the place down a bit.
8.0The view from the roof terrace was excellent. The accommodation was well located within about a 10 minute walk to a tube station plus buses ran along the main road outside. A large modern flat with plenty of space in the rooms plus good large wardrobes and comfortable beds. The equipment we needed was there - kettle, toaster, dishwasher and cooking utensils, plus a good sized fridge and freezer.
− Some of the equipment/parts of the flat did not work very well. For example the door lock to the main building and to the flat itself was very tricky to operate. The smoke detectors had been removed. There were not many instructions for operating appliances like the TV and the hob. There were no grab rails to climb into the bath which I personally found very difficult. The shower was poorly positioned making it difficult to use right up one end of the bath and the hand held unit was coming away from the shower. For the price we paid we did not expect these niggles, which let the place down a bit.

10.0Très bel appartement situé dans le quartier très prisé de Mitte. Une terrasse en duplex magnifique ensoleillée,ainsi que des balcons. Rien n'a été oublié pour les équipements. Et le petit plus, une place de parking en sous-sol.
