We had a very comfortable and cosy Christmas here, with everything we needed
10.0Very comfortable beds Great cooking facilities, cutlery, utensils, crockery and pans in good order and clean Great location for hiking, peaceful with great views of Bantry Bay Awesome sunsets and when clear, very dark skies at night for seeing many more stars than you'd normally see The staff put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us, which was a very nice touch
− I think a TV in the main room with the open fireplace would be a bonus during winter
Peaceful and tranquil with breathtaking views
9.0Beautiful house with all mod cons situated in a most stunning and tranquil location. Spent the days exploring the local area and breathtaking views followed by a relaxing jacuzzi bath, and several games of table tennis in the games room. Spent the evenings in the oh so comfortable recliner chairs admiring the distant views of the crashing waves and the fab scenic landscape.

9.0House was excellent. Well kitted out with everything you would need. House is in a beautiful location with plenty of walking routes close at hand.
− Could not fault the property. It is quite isolated so be sure to bring enough provisions initially. Most walks on Sheephead Peninsula do not permit dogs.
Fabulous location overlooking the ocean. Next stop Boston.
8.0The quiet and beauty were exceptional. Sunsets amazing.
− We understood when we booked that the house was in Bantry but in fact it was 45 minutes drive from Bantry! And we are Cork city residents. We were advised of the change of address about six weeks after we booked. That said, we adapted quickly and we really enjoyed our holiday. Finally, the sink waste disposal in kitchen didn’t work and might be a hazard.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in.
