The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The self-check-in process was simple and well-explained, making arrival stress-free even on short notice. All details, including Wi-Fi and access instructions, were clear, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout.

− Use of the word 'luxury' in the description. Lack of soap or shower gel in bathroom, lack of coffee machine or cafetiere, lack of vehicular access to property, difficulty parking in the street, the unclean microwave, lack of extractor fan in bathroom, the fanlight window wasn't enough to release the steam.
Perfect for our needs. Needs extra blankets and heating needs to be easier to use.

− Needed more bedding. Couldn’t work out the heating. Picnic table in garden would be nice.
