The location and amenities.

− There was a mouse/mice in the BNB. There was evidence through out the apartment. The kitchen chairs were very wobbly and couldn't sit on them with out the fear of the chairs breaking. When I told them they said they would come out and fix the chairs, try and hire a exterminator, but they did neither one. When I addressed it again they ignored the problems.

Enjoyed our stay.

It was a perfect stay in a family neighborhood. Location is easy to anywhere in Twin Falls.

Not worth nearly $300 for one night; dirty bathroom, hot inside and unable to utilize the outside area.

The property was cute inside and out. There was an outdoor set up split in two for the lower guests (which we didn’t know would be there when booking). The outdoor set up looked so cute through the slots in the wood, unfortunately we were unable to use the space due to the code not working. There was on site parking for each guest, upstairs and downstairs.

− The outside space for us was unable to be accessed due to the code not working. The rental owners had great communication up until I let them know the code was not working to access the outside patio space. It was not told to us prior that the house is split for multiple guest usage, I would have selected an alternative place knowing this, just a comfort preference. There was broken glass outside in the car port. The air conditioning did not work well, we dropped the temp and it took over night for the inside temperature to drop, just in time for us to leave. The bedroom was very hot due to this, there is a fan for use. The final thing about this space was the bathroom. I took videos and pictures because it was absolutely filthy. The walls had dirt on them, the shower was not clean, along with the floor in the bathroom. I was honestly shocked because the cleaning company has a 5 hour window to get the space clean and it was far from it.

Very comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood with everything we needed.

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and dining area were great. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the TV noise from the unit below, but it wasn't enough to get upset about. The neighborhood was quiet.
