− El edificio (entrada y pasillo) tenían un muy mal olor, como a humedad y encierro. El apto no olía mal, pero hay que tolerar el olor al entrar y salir

7.0Muy buena ubicación. Con todos los servicios necesarios en baño y cocina. Sistema de apertura de puertas con código. Pero nos decepcionó un poco la limpieza, ya que la puntuación de primeras es buena, sin embargo nos encontramos con el retrete sucio, el mesado de la cocina igual y con el paño de limpieza tirado encima. Además una de las persianas-estor de la ventana estaba estropeada y sujeta con bolas de papel lo que dejaba pasar bastante luz por la noche.Otra cosa que nos llamó la atención, es el fuerte olor a humedad que había en los pasillos nada más entrar en el edificio.
