− Kitchen utensils not very clean, the fridge a little smelly. Mind that this is a rural area, there are small lizards running around the house. While we are overall happy with our stay, we had better apartments (with pool, breakfast etc.) in Java for less money. This would be different for a bigger group, there were only three of us staying and the house would comfortably accommodate 6.
