Good location, nice Spanish neighbours

− The location is near the sea, but the whole street is dirty, people are peeing right next to the entrance. Some guy changed his underwear in front of our windows every time. I won't even mention the management company, which charges extra for literally everything. You'll have to pay for late check-in, taxes, and after you check out, they'll charge you for cleaning, and they'll just charge it to your card without even warning you. For that kind of money, it would be easier to fly to Monaco for a vacation; it would be

Very nice spacious comfortable apartment, great location beside beach, train station, cafes, nice walk along the sea to the port where there was good selection of nice restuarants. Also Aldi is at that port area. Good outdoor space with fab sea view from balcony, well equipped. Easy communications with the agent. We used the train alot using T-Mobilitat card to go in and out to Barcelona , F1 and Airport , all in same Zone 2.

− Third smaller bedroom didnt have AC (had fan) and could be noisy due to adjacency to living area and front balcony.

The location of the apartment. It is right in the front of the beach. The apartment was comfortable. The supervisor of the apartment was very cooperative and has allowed us to cancel without any additional charges. She helped us with the whole cancellation process and made sure we didn't get charged anything extra. It's a good apartment but for a smaller group as it has only one bathroom.

− Wrong description on the booking.com. we booked it as it was mentioned that it has two bathrooms but it has only one which was very inconvenient for a group of 4.

Lage, Strandnähe mit tollem Sandstrand, Größe der Wohnung, Ausstattung, prima Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Nähe und gute Verbindung nach Barcelona (30 min)

− Soweit alles prima, hilfreich wären nur Markierungen an den Drehknöpfen für den Backofen, die waren nicht mehr zu erkennen, sonst sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung Toll wären Fliegengitter an den Fenster und Türen wegen der Mücken, sonst alles prima
