Aardig, maar niet spectaculair
7.0Perfecte locatie, fijn zwembad, schone accommodatie, goed werkende airconditioning.
− Oncomfortabele, harde matrassen. Gedateerde keuken (staat daarom niet op de foto?), maar wel goed uitgerust met voldoende spullen. Slechts één parasol voor 6 bedden bij het zwembad. Kapot buitenmeubilair. Wifi is niet al te snel.

5.0Location, layout, clean inside. Towels for pool use although one had rather suspect small stains on it. Good that hand soap provided and washing up liquid / some dishwasher tabs although not sure whether they were environmentally friendly ones .
− Very hard uncomfortable mattresses. Affected our sleep. Worst mattresses I have experienced in villas we have stayed in. Had to raise issue of a rat which seemed to be using the hedge by the pool. Not good ! Rats aren't solitary and massive potential health issue re droppings/ searching communal areas for food. We were worried it might go inside so had to take extra care not to leave patio door open . This wasn't dealt with while we were there. I would suggest proper vermin control traps are used not poison as suggested by the office. Rats need to consume large amounts of poison then you don't know where they die which could cause further issues. Get a pest control company in . Safe didn't work. It accepts a code but doesn't lock. Rather basic plastic tables in lounge. Hedge needs cutting in front of verandas as overgrown which spike the view when seated. Patio around pool at deep end has a lot of bird muck on it that needs cleaning off. Would be good to have a small beach parasol available as it's an added expense and not something you can easily bring with you. A large Brillo pad / sponge is provided however these are really bad for the environment re use and disposal given Menorca needs to be looking after its environment .
