Disappointing and dirty
5.0The location was good and the staff helped us book the sunrise Ijen excursion.
− The shared bathroom was filthy, with long hairs strewn everywhere and a strong nasty stench. The ‘breakfast’ was a sandwich with a nondescript spread in a styrofoam box. We were not given a choice or asked prior if we had any allergies, nor were we even told what the filling was. Lastly, the door to the private twin rooms is just a panel of opaque glass which lets in any light in the hallway or opposite bedrooms. We had an 11:30pm Ijen pick-up but could not sleep because it was so light in our room due to this. The photos conveniently hide this.
