The amount of people it accomodate. also very spacious. Beds and linens were clean. Close to train station, cafes and shops.

Worst house in the best street.

− we opened the front door to be greeted by a large can of insect spray and a thousand dead tiny ants. It was 6pm, freezing, no central heating only an archaic system of oil heaters that needed to be turned on in each room for at least 5 hours to feel any warmth.The heating in the downstairs section did not work at all. You are NOT allowed to put toilet paper in the toilet. There is a bin next to the toilet that you are expected to use. You are then expected to empty the rubbish. There was mould everywhere. Some rooms had black mould on the wall. Each room had it's own damp rid container that was full of moisture. They were even on the bedside tables! This place is a health hazard and if you are prone to asthma or respiratory illness I would keep well away. The carpet was mouldy. There was a request to wear NO shoes in the property. The towel rails had fallen off the wall. One was lodged in the gyprock. There were no sheets on the beds, only a doona. Because the heating didn't work in the downstairs section we had to use the doonas off the free beds as there were no spare blankets. The management responded with a "we will get back to you" and three days later I have not heard from them. I have requested a refund to no avail. There was no care or thought put into this property. We paid $1700 for a Fri and Sat night but most of our group left and found alternate accomodation. Most disappointing trip with an even poorer response from management.

Great location and spacious stay. Kids enjoyed the pool table!! Bedrooms and bathrooms were really spacious and neat.Kitchen facilities were really good

− Hot water was not sufficient for large group to get ready at the same time.

So much space, it was comfortable and clean. We each had our own space

− There was an abundance of leaves on the back decks, it was missing an iron (but they did drop one around - just wasn’t in time for the event we had to attend)
