Needs some tlc but overall a great apartment and I would book again as good outweighs the bad
8.0Bedding was pristine and beds were well made. Plenty of decent towels provided. Dish washer and washing machine (we didn't need to use the washing machine) were an added bonus. Flat was quiet, no noise from neighbours. Outside noise was no issue, especially when windows were shut. Nice space for a family to spend a few days together after long days sightseeing. Very convenient location both within Clapham and for getting to London.
− Had not been hoovered or mopped before arrival. I had to hoover entire apartment as was quite messy. (I did let hosts know and they did apologise) The skirting boards were manky as well. Would be helpful to supply some basic cleaning products, I would have bleached the toilet for example before leaving had there been any available. Needs a chopping board and there were no oven trays which wasn't good when we arrived home with oven chips to cook. If you are travelling with small children be aware the stairs within the apartment are very steep and there is no guard rail at the top. See attached pictures. I was concerned even for myself, my partner and my slightly older kids. The apartment paintwork could all be doing with a freshen up, quite grubby and marked.

1.0No hay Cheking....nadie te espera....nadie te acompaña a tu apartamento....nadie te explica donde estan las mantas....las toallas....el aseo....la cocina...nada de nada. Tienes que ir averiguando tu....es todo una aventura. El apartamento de 6 personas magicamente se convierte en 4 personas. El aseo pierde agua que aparece en la habitacion de al lado...donde duermes...con humedades y seres vivientes. Las ventanas no estan bien colocadas y tendras aire frio y ruido constantemente. Londres es muy bonita.
− Las instrucciones de Checking solo y unicamente se realizan por sms y exclusivamente si se paga una fianza de 355€. Si no se realiza la fianza pierdes todo el dinero que ya has pagado a Booking. Esta fianza no esta en las caracteristicas del apartamento....solo cuando ya lo has contratado y pagado....te mandan un correo de agradecimiento. Pero tampoco aparece en este correo. El dia de antes de tu viaje cuando ves que no te han enviado las instrucciones del Cheking y te pones en contacto con el apartamento....es cuando te envian un correo donde aparece unas instrucciones en la letra pequeña donde se te comunica de esta fianza o los pierdes todo. Llamas a Booking para alertar de este abuso y ya lo saben....y te obligan a pagar o perder todo tu dinero. Unos estafadores de mucho cuidado.

1.0− Apartament był zaniedbany, były zniszczenia co od razu zgłosiliśmy. Natomiast ostatniego dnia znaleźliśmy pluskwy co już totalnie odebrało nam komfort. Gospodarze nie byli pomocni.

8.0The apartment is nice and clean. The furniture and equipment were well picked and added a great decor to the facility. It has everything needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. Tennants were polite and friendly.
− The only minor thing I disliked was the slow drainage during shower time.
