− Limpeza . Estava muito sujo , banheiros fedorentos , até casca de banana tinha debaixo do sofá , embalagens de chocolate jogadas, varanda suja .

− Só não gostei que não tem água filtrada, tipo um filtro de água. Tem que ficar comprando água direto.

10.0Gostei da limpeza, da disponibilidade de toalhas e cobertores limpos, apartamento com utensílios e eletro domésticos limpos e bem conservados, janela com vista para rua, 2 quartos. Adorei o local em geral, superou as minhas expectativas. E além de tudo é pet friendly e não cobra taxa adicional.
