Disgusting property and not fit for guests
1.0The location to the hotel we are working in was a reasonable distance and we had parking
− The house was a disgrace. Dirty, tiles and skirting missing, beds felt dirty, electric distribution board dodgy (Not legal). A stannah stairlift in the property as if the owner had just moved into a home. Really disappointing and people need to be aware. We left a day early and stayed elsewhere

8.0Location is brilliant, 5 minutes from the beach. 2 minutes from a local shop, 10 from Aldi. Walking times

The house is a good base for a short stay in Porthcawl.
5.0House was very rooms and a 12 minute walk away from the seafront. The facilities - kitchen, bathrooms etc. - were good even if they were not the most modern. Plenty of off street parking in front of the house.
− To be fair the house was exactly as described and pictured. However it felt like it could all do with a bit of TLC particularly the outdoor areas which were just large expanses of concrete with no flower beds, etc.
