2.0− Very poor condition. Appears abandoned. Exterior sheathing rotted and in disrepair. Master bedroom ceiling joists exposed as drywall is separating from sidewalk. Appliances broken and in disrepair. Plumbing fixtures not attached. We had no internet and could barely use the property.

10.0This is such a cute place, we loved the decor. It was so comfortable, right by the lake. Friendly neighbors. Accommodating to our special nèeds. The birds, squirls etc were fun to watch...We loved it so much
− We didn't have ample supplies such as toilet paper and garbage bags. We ran out of both on the very first day we had one garbage bag to work with. The oven door handle was broken off also the microwave door was broke. The main bathroom shower head was coming out off the wall ans was kind of come out funky
