Everything till there were 3 random guys that showed up in the middle of the night

− 3 random guys showing up late at night around midnight saying they had a reservation , when we had already booked it and check in at 3pm that afternoon , made me and my girl feel very uncomfortable then when we went to check out after cleaning up after ourselves, the owner message us threaten us saying we force those guys to leave but it says clear in the description that the house was all to ourselves saying she had to pay for a hotel room for them that apparently cost her $1500 threaten to charge us with cost of out her pocket , we even called her several times that night when they showed up sent texts and everything she never responded back till when we check out , it was our first time doing something like this and it was really fun and amazing till all that happen we even sent her screenshot of her post on the house underline " the house all to ourselves " So it was good but after the threats and us explaining that she needs to fix her post and needs to clarify more for other guest for the future and we clean up after ourselves , wash the towels, took the trash out , wash the dishes she still continued to threaten us.. So honestly we wont be making a reservation thru this owner again , ty for the stay , she should respond back to her guest future reference instead of responding last min when we check out , so be aware if u make a reservation here .

I loved the bed

I was so exhausted after the first night that I didn't get to enjoy all the things.

It was close to town, they made a book on things, and had a washer and dryer.

− I was up a good portion of the first night. Not able to go to bed early the second night due to noise. The folks above me were walking around till way after 11 pm and then again 3-4:30 am. Every step they took made the floor creak. I had earplugs in, which were provided by the property, so they obviously know this is an issue. And I had the TV on trying to sleep and still could hear constant walking around and floors creaking. The hot plate didn't work, at least I couldn't get it to. They brought an electric frying pan as a replacement.

Stressed and worried that we would get sick or hurt from the black mildew and mold or fall from the stairs, didn’t have

The bed was very comfortable, fence yard for the dogs ( $50 fee pre dog not bad )quiet neighborhood, close to my son for purpose of visit. Dish detergent, shampoo, and hand soap ,5 cup coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator.

− Did not realize I was renting a basement apartment that was in the bowels of the house that once I received the instructions and code to get in was down a steep flight of stairs. We opened up the door, strong order of sewer gases came over us. We went down the stairs, walked through a common area opened up another door and overpowering mildew and black mold odor .See pictures below. First picture is one of the windows in the bathroom on one side, the other side just as bad. Second picture is the corner of the bathroom by the tub and shower with a spider. Third picture was either the bedroom or small window in the living room fourth picture was the stairs you had to go down then go through the common area to get to the door that goes to where you stay. The only parking is in the street ,you’re charged $80 for cleaning but instructed to take your trash out ,wash your dishes.( I clean as I go, but even in a hotel they take out the trash?) I had a 3 night stay and was provided with two large towels. I do not recommend this place until the black mold and mildew and sewer gases are taken care of and definitely not for anybody with any kind of medical or physical disabilities. I will stay at My Place Hotel next time same price.
