− Would be nice if there was an armchair or two in the lounge as well as the couch.
It was clean,but the wifi,the comfort of the apartment was not up to scratch

8.0Good location. Good amount of space for a 2 bedder place.
− Not suitable for disability access as there are lots of stairs to the property. It didn’t affect us, but I think it might be quite hot in that apartment in summer and no fan or AC in the bedrooms.
Perfect base for Sandringham / Melbourne exploration
7.0Location is fabulous in Sandy, minutes from amenities and beach and the train into the city . Apartment was perfect base for a family of 4 who were out and about most of the time. Bonus of a car parking space too which was super helpful.
− We stayed for a week and found that that there was limited equipment for catering which meant we had to buy various things to survive the week (ie. No scissors, measuring jug) but that wouldn’t be a problem if you are just requiring it as a base.
The unit was in a great location, convenient to public transport and it was a very comfortable stay.
7.0Location and both the beds were comfortable
− One aircon for the property during hot periods. For the price that you are paying the two bedrooms should have their own system. We had to set the tv up as it was all disconnected 🤷🏽
