if the aircondition was ok the rating will be very high.
7.0The house was spacious and well organized. It had a complimentary wine in the fridge.
− The temperature was 37 degrees in Breda and the house had only one aircondition in the living room that didn't work properly (maybe lack of maintenance). In the bedroom it had only one fan. The stairs to go to the apartment were not very comfortable.

10.0Het appartement was erg compleet ingericht! Fijn dat er airco was. Heerlijk gegeren in het restaurant beneden. Vriiendelijk personeel. Goede bedden. Mooie centrale locatie.
− Misschien een beetje klein voor 4 personen, maar met zn twee was het goed te doen. De trap omhoog zorgde voor de nodige beweging.
