10.0L'appartamento molto confortevole è situato in un palazzo di nuova costruzione al centro di Scandicci. A 50 MT c'è il tram T1 che ti porta al centro di Firenze in 20 minuti.
Comodità a 15 minuti in tram da Firenze stazione
9.0Vicinissimo alla fermata del tram per Firenze e situato sopra diversi commerci in un bel quartiere (bar gelateria, negozi vari). Il tutto rimane tranquillo anche di notte. L’appartamento è pulito, ben tenuto e completo di ogni comfort. Molto apprezzato sentire il profumo quando si entra. Posteggi nella zona a pagamento, ma possibilità di avere un posto nel garage privato dell’appartamento (anch’esso a pagamento). Il proprietario è molto organizzato: mi ha invitato tutte le informazioni e un paio di filmati per comprendere meglio l’accesso al garage (facilissimo). Il proprietario risponde abbastanza in fretta ai messaggi e risponde a tutte le domande. Sono molto soddisfatto del soggiorno e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti! Adatto a coppie e famiglie max 4 persone.

10.0The host was very friendly and helpful in guiding us to the appartment and giving instructions to use the place. He even went out of his way to make our early check-in happen as easy as possible. We appreciated is very much. The cleaning lady was also so, so friendly. The location was superb! Right in front of the tram station to Florence and with a lot of shops nearby
