− Couldn’t always park in the street outside the house but still managed to get space not too far away
Had a great wkd in Lynton, we were a group of friends doing the SW coastal path. Pip’s cnr was the perfect spot to come

− Only disadvantage was had to park quite a way from house, local streets busy during wkd.

10.0The accommodation offers a high level of comfort and provision. All your likely needs are anticipated. The house was decorated tastefully and accessing the various facilities was quite simple. I would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday let to friends and family.
Our family trip in Lynton
10.0The warm welcome with flowers, message and muffins was lovely! Also the location, atmosphere of the house is super. Rooms are spacious with comfortable furnitures, there is s charming little garden, big kitchen with everything you need for cooking. It was very helpful that we could wash clothes during our staying. We also loved the books and albums about Exmoor.
− The only one thing is a small detail that could improve even more the convenience for guest and that's to provide shower gel and body lotion. Tbh I do not bring these today since all hotels and apartments have them in bathrooms, in many cases high quality products like L'occitane or local ones. I expected there will be such items therefore we did not bring but there were no such products in the bathrooms. Out of that everything was perfect and we would chose this place again!

− The smell of dogs was a bit overpowering in the back bedroom - despite leaving the window open during the day
