Beautiful house, right next to the beach without being excessively expensive
9.0The location was perfect. Very spacious and beautiful garden, literally 20m from the beach and walking distance to the tavernas and shops nearby.
− It says it could host 4 people, but I think it's appropriate with 4 people meaning two adults and two kids. Because the second room has two beds, but it's a bunk bed (one on top of the other) and relatively small for two adults.

10.0What not to like about this amazing beachfront house...!This property truly offers a slice of heaven on earth. Located in the best spot in Kalamitsi, right across the road from the beach, it combines convenience with stunning natural beauty. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The photos were accurate, but the reality was even better. The 2 bathrooms eere convenient. The well-equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation, and the short walk to local shops, cafes, and tavernas provides plenty of dining options. The patio is a delightful spot to relax, and when it gets hot, the big tree at the front offers cool shade, or you can enjoy the air-conditioned interior. The host's hospitality is outstanding – friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist. Little thoughtful touches, like providing umbrellas and chairs for the beach, sun lounges, books in various languages, and games, made our stay even more enjoyable. The house is perfect for both relaxation and adventure, with easy access to swimming and a lovely atmosphere to unwind in. We had such a wonderful holiday here and can’t wait to return. Pelagos Paradise Seafront Villa is the ultimate beachfront retreat in Halkidiki – cozy, clean, and perfectly located. Highly recommended!
