10.0Für uns perfekt. Tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse bis aufs Meer. Alles schön neu und funktionstüchtig. Parkplatz vorm Haus und Fahhradkeller
− Brandschutztüren müssen sein…. aber die gehen halt schon schwerer auf. Mit Gepäck etwas schwierig.
