− Odd layout not conducive to connecting family. The space is long and narrow with each room walled off from the other rooms (maybe not a minus for everyone). Biggest minus is the road noise. The busy street narrows to one lane directly out front where one lane appears to honk at every driver attempting to merge. Not something the property has control over but definitely not ideal.
