9.0We had a great stay here. The apartment was very clean, well-organised, and had excellent facilities (very well-equipped kitchen and bathroom). Check-in was self-service but the instructions were clear, and the host provided a very comprehensive information booklet, which was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to tour pickup points and major tourist destinations. It's literally right next to the main street, yet the apartment remains quiet and peaceful.
− The heating system sometimes took a bit of time to warm up, but it didn't really affect our stay much. One thing to note is that the apartment is on the second floor, and carrying suitcases up the stairs can be a little tiring. Also, spikes are recommended in icy conditions, as the area outside can get slippery when snow freezes during rainy days. We would still highly recommend this place!
Great apartment
10.0Everything was perfect, great location and apartment. Communication was so easy and the owners went out of their way to help. We had goodies on arrival and were allowed to stay in the apartment until late without charge. Tromso is a beautiful place, where to start ? We had the Aurora every night we stayed. The cable car was amazing, then on the boat tour a Pod of whale swam beside the boat. It is not cheap for trips, but it is worth it. Also I would walk to the cable car, you do not need to go by bus or car to it as you miss so much. Hopefully I will be back and stay in this beautiful apartment.
