− Keine der in den Emails davor angegebenen Telefonnummern war zum Zeitpunkt meines Eintreffens bei dem Quartier (Wohnhaus, verschlossene Eingangstür) erreichbar. Ein Rückruf ist ebenfalls nie erfolgt. Hätte nicht eine mitleidige, freundliche Bewohnerin mir die Haustür geöffnet, wäre ich nie zu dem Schliessfach mit den Schlüsseln zur Wohnung gekommen.

La cama era lo mejor del alojamiento, era realmente muy cómoda. El ventilador de la habitación; el lavavajillas y la lavadora fueron un plus en el alojamiento. Está muy bien para estancias muy cortas.

− El apartamento está bien para estancias cortas. Si se necesita una estancia más larga, no es quizá el apartamento ideal. El apartamento no está realmente ubicado en Santa Úrsula, si no en La Victoria. El aparcamiento según qué horas es muy limitado. Si no encuentras aparcamiento debes dar un gran rodeo (llegando casi que salir a la autopista) para poder volver a la calle del apartamento. El menaje de cocina no estaba muy limpio.

The location is good, not far from the motorway.

− - The description of the apartment is not correct: "Elegante y luminoso". There is nothing elegant and luminoso on this apartment, as there are three windows and two of them are oriented to a ventilation shaft, the third one is oriented to a walk corridor and has to be shuttered to avoid people looking inside the bedroom. - The kitchen utensils are minimalistic: 4 knives, 4 forks, 2 spoons, 4 coffee spoons, a damaged pan, 2 wineglasses, 2 beerglasses, 2 waterglasses, 2 coffee cups, 1 kitchen towel, etc and the cutlery is of low quality. Every two days you need to start the dishwasher as you run out of utensils. - For 9 days of booking, I expected a second set of bedlinen, which was not available. - Parking on the premises: is mentioned in the overall description but is not available; there is only public parking on the street, which was most of the time completely full. In the booking confirmation is only then mentioned public parking. All this looks like doing business the cheap way. There are better deals for this amount of money.
