warm comfortable very enjoyable
8.0excellent central heating, hot water, comfortable lounge, dining in conservatory. Kitchen well appointed and clean. well looked after. sufficient parking. quiet location and neighbours quiet. very central but not near main road, pub and supermarket very convenient. good hosts.
− bed on top floor very light frame , probably because it had to be carried up 2 fligts of stairs . did sway a bit.

1.0“Rest of all, everything was good, but I was very disappointed with the staff’s behavior. I mean, where I was staying—in the property —everything else was fine, but the way the staff behaved was very insulting. I received calls from them two or three times, and it felt like they were threatening or being rude to the customer, as if they were outright insulting. I was very disappointed. I’ve been traveling for the last 15 years and I’ve never seen such behavior from a property’s management. You should work on that. Otherwise, all the other facilities, cleaning, and environment were fine, but the staff dealing over the phone was very unprofessional and rude. That’s why I’m very disappointed.”
