Das Haus ist ein Hammer, sehr geschmackvoll von einem vermögenden Menschen gebaut. Das sieht man in jedem Detail. Der sehr schöne Pool und das Grundstück grenzen an einen See, was phänomenale Blicke und Panoramen beschert. Für Gruppen, die viel Zeit in Ruhe verbringen möchten ideal. Nächste Zivilisation ist 20+ Autominuten entferne, es liegt wirklich einsam und abgelegen.

However, regarding your request, we will not be proceeding with a partial refund. We don't think it would be fair given that, even though these unexpected issues happened on a weekend when only minimum emergency services are available, our team acted immediately. The remote control issue was solved first thing the morning after your arrival, and everything else was dealt with as fast as humanly possible. The property's water pumps went into emergency mode due to a system error, which explains the beeping sounds you heard. The system automatically started pumping from the backup emergency tank, but that eventually drained out. Our team had to step in on Saturday to refill the emergency supply, getting the water back by 4 PM which was a task on it's own. As for the pool, it is completely normal for the water to look a bit blurry right after the maintenance and chemical treatment are done. It just takes a little time to clear up, and the pool technician checked it and assured us the chemical levels and water quality were perfectly safe. Regarding the drains, this was reported right at the end of your stay, very close to checkout. Since specialized technicians don't work over the weekend, it was impossible to get someone there instantly, but the water was still draining, just a bit slowly. We understand if you feel the need to leave a negative review because of how your stay started. Of course, you have every right to share your experience. But on our side, our conscience is completely clear because we know that when unpredictable accidents happened, we did absolutely everything we could to solve them in record time for a weekend.

Beautiful villa,stunning location......very peaceful to get away from it all.

Location very remote so need a car,beautiful scenery.Attentive hosts and very responsive.Pool area wonderful, photos don't do it justice! If the ant problem was addressed would stay again.

− Big ant problem,you expect some being in the mountains but one crumb on the floor hundreds would swarm on it.The villa interior lovely decor however the outside woodwork rotten( think how ants got in)and exterior needs painting as looks off putting. Needed to hoover as floor wasn't clean when we arrived,does need a deep clean as cobwebs. Kitchen needs more ovenware to cook as limited.

It was a lovely villa to stay in. Underfloor heating and central heating as well as a fireplace. Perfect for the cold weather. It also has a heated pool, which is warm. The garden was large, and it was set in a nice secluded area. The large spacious bedroom upstairs was magnificent, and the other bedrooms were nice. A really good place in the countryside with everything you need
