Disappointed in Coos Bay
7.0− 3rd bed in the living room was broken, the kitchen was outfitted with dollar store quality pans and utensils with flaking Teflon and a rusty can opener. There are no pot holders. Property management was not helpful when I asked for an early check in after they sent me an email telling me to ask if I needed one. They argued that they never said that and their strict policy is 4pm check in. Then the room wasn't ready until a half hour after check in time. Bare bones home, nothing special.

Well-kept "cottage" - location not ideal
7.0The interior of this property is very clean and well kept. Wi-fi worked well. Detailed instructions provided re arrival and departure.
− Unfortunately, there is a very, very run down property next door with "keep out" signs posted and with a lot of junk/trash in the back year. There was also some dumpster-diving going on at the dumpster outside the car wash across the road. I have used booking.com for almost 20 years and this was not our normal experience of a not-cheap, vacation property.
