The landlord is quite decent, but the layout of this rental property is rather poorly designed.
4.0− The lack of kitchen facilities proved rather inconvenient, and sharing the cramped basement space—including the kitchen and toilet—with another tenant made it difficult to relax comfortably.

During winter the host cannot take responsibility for snow removal and your safety on the driveway. The shovel and snow salt are available at the shield on the driveway.
