4.0− Demasiado ruido a todas horas. Un tranvía urbano sube y baja la calle constantemente. El apartamento necesita una super reforma. La entrada es deprimente.

9.0Podría decir todo lo que se ha dicho anteriormente sobre el apartamento pero solamente diré que lo cogimos por la calificación y los comentarios y ciertamente, no le han puesto un nueve porque si; lo tiene más que merecido. En cuanto a la ubicación, para mi es perfecta ya que tiene el tranvía literalmente en la puerta, aunque si quieres andar, en 15 minutos estás en el puerto.
− Ni una sola queja.
