− Lo única pega que tiene es que al estar tan en el centro, se escucha ruido de los bares. Aunque disponen de tapones para dormir.

The apartment was gracious. very well positioned on the main road of santa maria. The apartment was very well equipped with a good free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, AC in every room and a beautiful balcony. The owner is very kind and friendly, always willing to help and flexible with the conditions of arrival and departure. Overall, the apartment is one of the very best choices, especially if you look for an apartment just in the middle of the nightlife this is the perfect apartment.

− If i may suggest some improvements that would be to provide more towels for longer stays (6+ days) considering that showering daily is necessary if going to the beach is on daily basis and also considering that there is no possibility to wash the used towels in the apartment.

Dobry, zadbany i czysty apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem i klimatyzacją. Bardzo głośno do rana.

Ładny zadbany apartament z 2 pokojami, salonem, kuchnią i balkonem na główny deptak w Santa Maria - można z niego obserwować nocne życie lub mecze na mundialu 2026. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, lodówka, kuchenka, sztućce. Jest Wifi i duży telewizor z YT. W każdym pokoju klimatyzator na ścianie! Nie było problemów z ciepłą wodą. Łóżka wygodne. Czysto, w łazience też. Na górnym pietrze jest stół do bilarda i pralka. W bliskiej odległości Caixa Economica (najniższa prowizja przy wymianie walut), sklep na parterze (drogi), piaszczysta plaża. Dobry kontakt z osobą obsługującą. Pani pozwoliła nam zostać dłużej z powodu choroby jednej osoby :)

− Trzeba uważać na gromadzącą się wodę z klimatyzacji w dużych butelkach. Może się przelać i zalać pokój lub korytarz - łatwo jest się wtedy poślizgnąć. Na przeciwko znajduję się klub, który gra bardzo głośno do samego rana. Jeśli ktoś ma problemy ze snem to nie polecam tego miejsca. Nam to nie przeszkadzało :)

Marvellous apartment in the heart of island life

Apartment is located in the very heart of Santa Maria, in its most vibrant and authentic part. I’ve enjoyed every moment spent there - from church bell ringing at sunrise to local musicians performing at sunset, from lively bars morning routine to charming terraces sounds at diner time. Thanks to central location you can easily reach mobile operators offices for local SIM card as well as money exchange just round the corner with the best rates - obviously first things one might want to do. Besides that there are a lot of small shops to buy snacks and drinks and nice places to eat local food. Don’t miss Seafood Corner just in front of the apartment. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and secure. Elvis and Clementina are available 24/7 via WhatsApp regarding any questions. The apartment is fully equipped with every possible device, rooms are spacious with cozy interior and very clean. The most amazing fact is that the apartment is only 3-5 mins walk from the beach. If you dream of a paradise nest in Cabo Verde, I definitely recommend you staying here. Central location means life is going on right in front of you. Sometimes till late night. For some people it might be channelling but hey you are in Cabo Verde so no stress, enjoy the vibe. Night time itself is very quiet in Santa Maria. Overall I had the most beautiful impressions of my travel thanks to this wonderful home away from home.

Apartamento bastante central, numa das principais ruas de Santa Maria. Perto da praia, rodeado de restaurantes, bares com música e mini mercados. O dono bastante atencioso, que facilitou o check in antecipado e um check-out mais tardio. Apartamento bastante limpo, com WI-FI, 2 quartos, cozinha, sala e uma grande varanda. Conta ainda com um terraço com mesa de snooker.
