10.0Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen – nah am Zentrum und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Kontakt mit dem Büro war auf höchstem Niveau, alles verlief reibungslos und professionell. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung
− Leider war die Wohnung schmutzig. Es gab kein Toilettenpapier, der Boden war schlecht gesaugt und das Badezimmer war nicht richtig sauber.
Im großen und ganzen hatten wir schöne Tage in Grömitz
7.0Die Lage ist einfach Top,der Stellplatz fürs Auto gleich nebenan.Kommunikation mit Vermittlung Tip Top wurde auf jede Frage geantwortet.Die Wohnung ist teilweise Top modern Eingerichtet
− Das Badezimmer müsste mal generakl überholt werden,der Küchenschrank ist zur Hälfte leer,es befindet sich leider kein Besen in der Wohnung und der Balkon ist Traumhaft aber der müsste auch mal general überholt werden (lockere Platten,kleine Steine überall).
