4.0− I’ve stayed at Signature Apartments twice in the past, and that’s exactly why this review is so disappointing to write. My previous stays were always pleasant, with excellent customer service, which is why I kept coming back. Unfortunately, this week’s experience has convinced me that this was my last visit. When we arrived, the room clearly wasn’t properly prepared. It had an unpleasant smell, and we had to leave the balcony doors open for quite a while just to air it out. The soap dispensers were almost empty, so we ended up buying our own toiletries. On previous stays, there were always complimentary tea and coffee supplies in the room, but this time there was nothing. The most frustrating part, however, was the poor communication. I requested a room change to one facing the mall and was assured that I would be moved the following day. I even sent a reminder message the next day, but it was completely ignored. No response, no update, no apology. What made Signature Apartments stand out in the past was the attention to guests and the quality of service. Sadly, this stay felt like the complete opposite. I genuinely enjoyed staying here over the years, but it seems my loyalty no longer matters. I guess you’re tired of having me as a guest, so this is my goodbye. It was good while it lasted.
